Direction
How is SOLCOSERYL? Dental Adhesive Paste used?
Unless otherwise prescribed, apply a ribbon of paste about 1/2 cm long thinly to the wound 3-5 times a day. this is particularly advisable before retiring for the night. the paste must not be massaged in. It is best applied to the wound which has been previously dried, using a cotton bud or the cleaned fingertip. Subsequently either the paste should be smoothed with the moistened finger or the mouth should be rinsed with a glass of water. This caused the paste to swell and form the adhesive protective film.
For denture sores, the paste is applied to the cleaned and dried denture. To improve adhesion of the denture, please rinse the mouth with a glass of water before inserting it.
Duration of treatment: until the wounds are completely healed.
